The cocktails were excellent, but the room felt a bit cramped.

The room was beautifully decorated, and I really enjoyed the amazing bathroom. Relaxing by the pool and the peaceful garden was just what I needed after a long day. The only downside was the breakfast service could be a bit slow, but overall, I had a great time! 🌟

the room was super comfy and the food was delish. we had both the restaurant menu and snacks and everything was way better than expected. the staff were all friendly and really efficient, no long waits for our food. plus, the gardens leading to the beach are beautiful and perfect for chillin out. definitely a busy place but that just shows how popular it is!

I expected a quieter environment for a good night's sleep. Communication about dining was lacking. I was never approached to dine, and when I asked, I was told they were fully booked.

The beach bar, recently refurbished, showcases comfortable seating and cheerful decor that captures a perfect sunny day.

Unfortunately, accessing the hotel can be a hassle if you're not lucky enough to find a parking spot nearby. It seems limited. The food pricing is on the higher side, feeling more akin to city levels without the added value you'd expect. Inside the room, creaky floors can be noisy, letting you hear every footfall and conversation from the corridor. Some furniture could use a fresh update, as the charm wanes when faced with warped surfaces.

Ideal for a special occasion

The garden is just perfect for a chill afternoon, we sat there with a couple of drinks while enjoying the view. There was this amazing reggae singer who really lifted the mood for the birthday celebration we were having, it was as if he knew exactly how to bring us all together!

It definitely wasn't cheap, but we made it work.

Consider asking for a pet-friendly room. the staff are accommodating and your furry friends may enjoy the lovely outdoor space near the beach.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, beach access, and friendly staff who offered me a cold drink during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

We had a fantastic two-night stay in a spacious Prestige Double Room. The staff were exceptionally attentive, even providing us a room to freshen up after getting caught in the rain. The breakfast was absolutely top-notch, a real highlight of our visit!

I had a lovely stay with breathtaking views of the Solent from my room. The food was a standout, especially the seafood options, which were incredibly well-prepared. The staff were friendly and attentive, making each meal enjoyable. the service was a bit slow during peak times, which could be improved.

Perfect for a quiet retreat

The front desk staff were awesome, very friendly and warm. I requested a bottle of prosecco, and it was there on our arrival in an ice bucket with clean glasses, so we could chill in the garden right away.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for what we got.

I stopped for lunch and enjoyed some good fish pie. The staff were nice but slow. I expected better service. Always find it challenging when overwhelmed with customers, especially during busy times. It did feel like they were surprised to have patrons. Sitting outside in the sun was pleasant but umbrellas would have helped.
